Sublimation Printing

HI All

Hopefully someone can help I habe a new Ricoh SG3110DN and a client wants Bright Red Writing and Black on their Mug I use sublimation paper. No matter What Red I Print they all come out looking the same colour and print on the mug a orangie brown colour am I doing something wrong.

If you're not currently using Powerdriver color management, that's probably the problem. It's a free download from Sawgrass.

i had many issues with the paper being the culprit, , or ..could be you over cooking for too long, reds and blacks with start to turn brown if left under to much heat for too long
