Suggestions for mounting prints

I have really been printing more lately but have come to realize I really don’t know much on the framing, mounting and protecting the prints. I definitely know that I like Matte and luster papers but absolutely do not like glass in front of my prints. So I’m looking for suggestions on products for glueing images to a board of some kind to keep my prints flat and a spray to protect them from UV but don’t want to change to look of the print. (Keep Matte paper looking like Matte)
