Sumsang CLX-4195FW shows only Sumsang logo

The printer shows blue samsung’s logo on the white background after power on. It will stay like that forever.
Anyone has fix to this problem? Please help.

I did twice by drag CLX4195FW_V4.00.02.34.hd into usblist2.exe. Didn't work. Then I read instruction. It says "If the firmware version is V4.xx.01.48 and more lower, Execute a patch file(CLX4195FW_UpgradeJig.exe)".
I run the patch file. Found out my firmware is 'clx4195fw_v4.00.01.19 May-27-2012'. And Then error result "Failed (No Response from printer)".

I forgot to mention last time. The printer still print and scan fine. Just LCD stay with Samsang Logo forever.

Then LCD or lcd wire is having issues.
It could be due to loose connection of LCD wire in PCB.
In this it can be resolved by opening the product.

Thius is usually to do with hardware. A cable connects CPU to the keyboard under the panel. Pull off the keyboard, clipped. Check.
