We have 3 printers taskalfa 5004i procured at the same time and approximately 40000 pages printed over 1 year in each of them.
Suddenly all the 3 printers were having issues.
Upon diagnostics by the supplier it was found that all of them were having same issues: Cassette Roller.
My question is how come the cassette roller was found to be faulty upon printing less than 50000 pages and how come all of them are having same issues.
Does the cassette roller under warranty as the printers have 3 years warranty.
I understand consumables are not under warranty.
Is the cassette considered as a consumable?
