Text in Frames Won't Print

I'm printing from Windows 10 to an HP Officejet. The document I'm printing contains illustrations, text and page numbers in the footer. The text is not straight forward but rather in frames. The illustrations print, but the text and page numbers don't.

Has anyone encountered this? Is there a solution that anyone knows of?
