I have used these for many years and was totally impressed by a print head that seemed to be indestructible especially after sitting for many, many months.
Unfortunately they are prone to paper feed gear breakage. I can fix these gears but they are nearly impossible to find and even if you find one, they are a weak link and will break again. The job is not pretty either.
So I'm wondering what is out there that is robust and you can use for 10 years. I'm talking refillable ink (or cheap ink but that is an oxymoron) and "indestructable" print heads.
