TM-H6000II starts printing "?" character continuously

Hi all

I installed the TM-6000II printer drivers and connected it to a Win 8 computer via serial port. When I power it on and plug it to the computer, it prints ?????????????????? characters and I have to power it off. Does anyone know what can cause this problem?
