Toner smudges on printed page

I have a problem with my brother laser printer HL3170CDW
If I print in color (any) the printer, the page comes out with magenta smudges on the page. This is in all the page, Not horizontal lines or vertical. Not dot.
Things I tried:
  1. Replaced magenta toner cartridge
  2. Clean drum/toner
  3. Clean wire
  4. Swap magenta position with another color (same result)
  5. Only way to avoid the problem is to print in black and white
I would appreciate any help
