We have a Toshiba eStudio 2309A network printer connected to a Windows 10 Pro PC via network cable through switch. Suddenly the printer not printing. But the printer driver installed correctly and can ping to the printer IP. When I installed this printer to another PC/laptop via network with same IP configuration, that works just fine. Please help me to figure out the issue with the particular PC.
