Trying to get my Macbook Air 12 (macOS Monterey) to connect to my Ricoh MP c2004 printer / copier. I have added the Ricoh as a printer. They are "talking" to each other. Every time I hit a "print" on my Macbook the Ricoh hums into action. But it never actually prints anything. Any suggestions?
I have checked the usual things. I have the latest driver. No paper jams. It is printing fine off of other computers.
UPDATE: Did a print out of the configuration page and it shows where I tried to print it. It says,
"You do not have privilege to use this funciton. This job has been cancelled."
