Trying to print labels on XP-830---printer keeps saying I didn't load CD/DVD tray properly

There's nothing in the user manual, nothing on YouTube---I just want to know how to print a full sheet of labels. I have my Word file ready on Windows 10 PC, put the label media print-side down in cassette number 2, send my labels to print, and all I get is the message "CD/DVD tray not loaded properly." I've tried autocassette selection, #2 cassette selection --- no matter what, the printer still thinks I want to print a cd or dvd.

What am I doing wrong????
