Two PCs different ControlCenter4

I have two PCs sharing a Brother LAN attached MFC-8910DW

PC1) Is an upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7
PC2) Is a clean install of Windows 10

ControlCenter4 looks like these:

PJ_CC4.jpg
LL_CC4.jpg
My questions are:
1) which one is correct ?
2) how do I get them the same ?
