Unable to select "Print" on HP envy 4500

Hi All,

Just got this printer second-hand. It only prints on the printer itself, i.e. when I print an alignment page. When I send a print job from my laptop, I get the message "User intervention". The printer display shows a menu with Scan > Copy > Printables, etc., but no "Print" option. Most of the buttons are disabled and there is no way I can change the menu and/or find the option to just print.

Any ideas please?
