Unable to set anything but copy on Ricoh Aficio MP C2500

Hi to everybody !!!

I got a gift - multyfunctional color printer Ricoh Aficio MP C2500.
It is not a new device ...
I think that is aprox 10 years old.
Counter shows total of 218.000 prints.
The device is working normaly in a copy mode, but I cannot to setup other functions such: printing from PC, scan to folder in PC or sending via e-mail. When I enter in Sp mode, there shows just two commands: "Copy Sp" and "Fax Sp".
I tryed to connect via ethernet and via USB connection, too.
On the printed sheet paper shows all the facts as LAN is in function ON (even the green and yellow lights are ON), but anytime when I try to print any document from PC, it shows error.

I understood from the original Aficio manual that this model is not supported with Windows XP, so I tryed other PC with installed latest Windows 10 64-bit and supported universal Ricoh printer driver, but again was displayed the same error message.

I hope that my english is enough understandable.

Can somebody can help me, please?

Did you install drivers on to PC using Ricoh Factory CD?

Be sure to download correct driver for Windows 10 64 bit
