Hello,
Upon installing a USB attached Brother QL700 Label Printer to a Windows 11 24H2 PC, the printer will only show up with Other Devices and not within Printers & Scanners. So i am unable to use it. Even after using the correct Brother drivers. After researching this problem, others have reported the same problem with different model Bother label printers etc and have stated that Brother is saying that it is Microsoft problem associated to Windows 11 24H2 and Microsoft are saying it is a Brother problem. So i strongly suspect that this model label printer is also affected.
My question is has anyone else experienced the same problem and managed to fix it.
I have used the recommended Brother Software/Document Installer package multiple times in-conjunction with the Brother Printer Driver Information Cleanup Tool. Installing the Brother Printer Driver on its own has also not worked.
Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.
