Using printer installation disc in more than one computer

On my Epson SX115 printer installation disc I have Fine Reader 9 but my SX115 has faults so I'm thinking of getting a replacement printer. Will the Finereader from the SX115 install and work in my replacement computer? I ask this because FineReader is an excellent OCR program and because not many printers offer it for free on their printer installation disc.
