Vivid Magenta going out in Stylus Pro 7890

I have replaced the print head on my Stylus Pro 7890 two times for the same problem. The vivid magenta starts to going out in the middle. And as time goes by it just gets worst. Now it is going out again exactly like the last two time. There has got to be something else that is the problem. Has anyone else seen this?
