Volunteer Fire Deparment Needs Printer With Manual Feed Tray

We currently use an HP Laserjet 2840 but it keeps dying ($200 drum died this week)and my Chief doesn't want to keep throwing money at it. He asked me to find a 4 in 1 printer that will have the capability to take our county's carbonless report sheets and print our narratives.


I've found some decent inkjet models but none have a manual feed tray. The lasers have a manual feed tray but cost can be high(Over $400). Can anyone recomend an all in one printer that has a manual feed tray that is accessable from the front of the printer?
