If you haven’t already, try removing it and soaking it in warm (not hot) distilled water for a bit sometimes dried ink blocks it completely. Let it dry fully before reinstalling. Also, check if your ink cartridges are actually dispensing ink by dabbing the nozzle on a paper towel. If nothing works, the printhead might be dead and need replacing. [/QUOTE]
