Following a waste ink tank error message I checked the tank and found only half the pads soiled. After cleaning and refitting the tank the counter needs resetting to zero. Are there reliable companies that can provide the software to perform this? Epson have no interest once the warranty has expired. A Google search came up with www.wasteinkpads.com but inability to find out who or where they are doesn't inspire confidence. Help please! I don't want to junk a printer which otherwise works very well while nothing has actually broken.
