Waste Toner Box keeps saying Full OKI 9431

I'mhaving issues with the waste toner box (error code 357). It keeps saying the waste toner box is full, but I've replaced it with a new toner box, and the message is still appearing. I've swapped it out with another toner box, and the issue is still the same. I've completely cleaned the whole printer as well.
