WF 2750 reset tool for 220 ink

Does one exists?
So they take their most popular printer selling at Wal Marts and they make it even harder for you to refill your ink in hopes we cave in and get Epson's EcoTank.
If anyone can direct me to a reset tool for this I would be utterly grateful.
It's 9 pin
I've been looking at the internets for an answer and nothing.
