WF-4740 connection(s)

We just purchased this printer for my wife and connected her PC to it directly via USB cable. I was wondering if I could also print to it from my PC using a wireless connection. Both of our PC are running Windows 7, if that makes any difference. So, my question is, can the printer support both types of interfaces at the same time or is it limited to just one or the other? Thanks.
