WF7720 no yellow

I'm using a new WF7720 and not getting results. the prints were all with a tinge of blue. I think I have found the answer, the yellow is not getting used. I have cleaned the heads loads of times with no success. Would anyone know a solution to this, I hate it. I had a R1800 before this and was spoiled.
Any help will be appreciated a lot.
