Which printer should I use for 1500 pages per week

I need a printer which would be able to:
Quick print (22ppm or more)
Able to print 1000 - 1500 pages per week.
Easily portable (I will be traveling with the printer).
Able to print in colour.
Any suggestions on printers to consider?

I am considering the Epson L382. Any thoughts?
