White streaks

My Brother B&W laser printer (HL-L2395DW) has begun to show streaks on the right side of the page, as shown. I installed a new drum unit (Brother compatible) but the streaks persist. The settings indicate plenty of life left for both the toner cartridge and drum unit.

What should be my next step?
