Why am I getting this when I start my computer?

I get a prompt to 'open this file', so I open Notepad and save it. It started when I downloaded the Brother driver for my printer--which in fact, when I unzipped the file and proceeded to install, it gave me an error message. But what's below is my greatest issue. Why does this pop up when I start my computer each time?

Sounds like there is corruption from the install of the driver.
Below are temporary files that show up in your list above that should be deleted before trying to install again.

Best to download a new copy of the print driver!

Before installing may want to try this optional item to clean the Registry. I use this tool all the time, called CCLeaner. The free version is great and can clean out temp files, but more important has a Registry cleaner option. https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download Install it and run the registry fix and tell it to clean up all found errors
