Why does my Epson WF-4640 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting regularly all day long

My Ubiquiti network log shows my hard wired WF-4640 disconnecting and reconnecting regularly all day long. Firmware level is 51.15.GG30KA.
I have replaced the cable and switch and get the same results. My laptop is also hard wired to the same switches and doesn't disconnect except when hibernating. Does the WF-4640 have some sort of sleep process built in? After the printer shows disconnected, I can ping it just fine. Can anyone suggest what might be going on here? Thanks
