I have a Canon i-SENSYS MF633Cdw. I printed some text (around 10-12 pt font) with my printer at a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. Then I used a USB microscope to take the following image.
Do you see how the lines are not straight? Why is that? How do I think them more straight and clear.
The following is the same text printed by an unknown printer:
Do you see how clear it is! Even from normal viewing distance, my printer looks way blurrier than the print by the unknown printer.
Is it simply down to resolution and 1200 x 1200 is not high enough? What resolution would achieve their level of clarity? Or is there some other setting on my printer I can change to reach their level of clarity.
Also, can you recommend a printer which prints at the clarity of the unknown printer?
