Windows PC does not recognise HP Deskjet

New printer, HP Deskjet 3639. In home there are two laptops and two cell phones. All but one laptop connect wirelessly to the printer with no problem. One laptop will not connect. I can use it with usb but can not connect wirelessly. I've tried every one of the HP help options to no avail. Windows does not find my printer in the Printer & Scanner section (it does find my neighbors though) problem is probably there. Please help.
