Windows prints embedded link with streaks

Win XP, 7, 8 printing .DOCX, .DOC, PDF, .RTF from Office 2003 and 2007, from 3 different computers to Epson AIO XP-310 prints text black & link with blue OK with Photo or Best Photo setting. All scenarios print text black but Link prints bands of cyan/Magenta and underlines in blue with Text setting. I make a copy with the scanner of the result of photo print, and it prints the banding of the link, even though the hard copy is correct color. I aligned print heads and test page is good. Nozzle check is good. Anyone know what the problem is or best source of solution?
