As the title says the Windows11 reports that the Brother mfc-j4420dw is offline but I can access it using its IP address.
This is the second printer on this network with this behavior.
I replaced printer with new printer and it is behaving the same.
I can log into it using the Admin account, etc,
Not sure if this is important, but Its set to enter sleep mode in 60 minutes and I don't seem to be able to disable that function.
Printer is wirelessly connected to a Google Home Router and that shows the printer as "idle".
Yet I can connect to it via the IP and interact with it.
This leads me to believe that the problem is the router and not the printer.
Any suggestions or am I barking up the wrong tree?
