Won't print on HP Glossy Brochure Paper

I have a new HP Officejet 6400 all-in-one. It won't print on HP glossy brochure paper even though I select that exact product as the paper source. It will print on plain paper, but I need it on the glossy brochure. I've done it successfully on other printers, but not this one.

Any help please?
