workcentre pro c2636 communications encountered problem

I turn on the printer and after a few minutes on the display I see this error encountered communications problem, reset system by turning power off, then on, using the white power switch.

It could be that the network controller need to be reset.
You could log as admin (key button) and go to Software reset > reset both.
Advise you to print a config report before. If possible.
