Would anyone here be willing to help me find a printer that can do what I want?

I'm looking for a printer with a LAN port which can scan to a network folder at a decent resolution, can print on envelopes, and doesn't have to be opened or powered on to print, ideally with Fax. I can't seem to find one which can do most of these for under 600 but maybe I don't know enough about what terms to search for. Do any of you know anything that would work?
