Xerox Docucolor 242 Roller mark

When we print full color 13x19 12x18 11x17 the printer leaves what looks like a roller mark all the way down the print. The defect starts at 4.75 inches has a .25 inch width and goes the length of the print.

It is passable mostly, except when we are doing full color art prints/pictures where its not cut down like business cards.

Again it looks like something has rolled over the print and it has a cracked appearance.

We looked through the (awful) service manual to find nothing like it.
