Hi I am trying to configure my printer to the laptop... it ends up saying the device cannot be found.. I have tried connecting is via usb, downloaded the driver from the websit, and connecting it by manually putting in the Ip address. I called the customer service but they said they cannot help until the device is attached to the internet, which I have tried doing by attaching the ethernet cable to the printer. What else can I do? Please help running out of all options here...
