Xerox Phaser 7800 Jam

My Xerox phaser 7800 gave me a fault code 377.901.00 saying there was a paper jam on left side door A. There was in fact a jam in the fuser roller which I removed completely. However, it is still giving me the fault message. Tried to restart and reset the fault but couldn't figure it out. Please help, thanks.

If sure all paper jams cleared, then disconnect power cord from wall outlet for ten minutes.
Then reconnect power. Re-start Printer.

Thanks Ruffin, I tried that already and no luck. I actually had it off and unplugged for about an hour as I removed several parts looking any jam I couldn't see.
