xerox phaser 8560 lcd panel

i have been given a xerox phaser 8560 but the lcd panel has been damaged in transport, is it worth fixing? or would the repairs cost more than its worth i can repair it myself if theres a place that sells parts to the public but i can't find any parts for it on the internet.

i really just want to know if i should just throw it out.
