I've had my XP-430 for a year now and had to replace ink cartridges three times in that period. The first time, the monitor app inidcated I had over 50% ink in ALL cartridges, yet the printer refused to print, claiming my Magenta was expired. I tried the head-cleaning process, which fixed it the first two times. This refusal will NOT clear even though I have brand new cartridges installed.
I;'ve cleaned the puncture tubes several times, and the pad under the heads, yet I'm still facing a printer which refuses to print and only gripes the Magenta is empty.
I'm about ready to toss the printer. Any ideas?
