Print jobs on our XP-440 have always gone directly from our computers (one PC; one MAC) using Wi-Fi without a hitch. Then a couple days ago PDF Complete somehow got put on as a device and whenever we tried printing using the Epson program a box appeared asking for Fax line data. This printer has never been used as a Fax and has never had a phone line connected to it. I deleted the PDF Complete but still cannot get the printer to return to its former mode. I have reset it, downloaded updates, and basically done all I could think of to get back to normal. Any useful ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
