I can't see how to tell the printer to use the DL envelope setting.

A series of email messages between Epson and myself has been absolutely useless.

They are, apparently, unable to give me a simple answer.

I find the display to be user-hostile.

Can anyone tell me the step by step procedure to select DL envelopes.
