XP-640 unsupported size is loaded

HI all, most of the time when I try to print on my printable blu ray discs this message keeps coming up. I have to keep inserting the tray over and over until it prints. I like this printer but this is really annoying. The discs are all the correct size, I even pushed it in very slowly still keeps ejecting. Is there a fix? Plus when it spits out the disc I have some black ink smudges on my disc. :/

You must align the arrows upon insertion of CD tray.

Hello thank you I will try that, and also to insert it more slowly.
