XP-8600 missing centre of photo

Two days ago my Epson XP-760 printer started printing photos with about 20% top and bottom
and nothing in the middle 60%.
I can print OK when using Photoshop, paint etc, but not from any files in Pictures on my computer.
USB flash drives and CD's also will not print photos properly.
I have also connected my Epson XP-8600, and this is exactly the same result as the XP760. Both are USB connected.
An SD card from my camera works fine when inserted into the 760 and the 8600, photos are perfect.
I have also re setting up both printers, but no difference.
I have made no changes to my computer except for an update to Microsoft Edge.
Can anyone please help.

Try using Photos instead, I tried printing from Pictures and had similar issue, Photos worked but it is slow.

Thanks, I have tried that and photoshop, but slow. However, over the last few days I have had several Windows updates, so thought I would uninstall one at a time. Just finished uninstalling KB2565063 and guess what, my photos print again. So this was entirely down to Microsoft Windows update.

Update---- Printer still OK, so if you have similar problem uninstall above windows update

Experiencing simnilar on another model; uninstalling the update to see if it helps.
