Zebra 90xill printer only prints every other label

This printer was working with Nice drivers but now only prints every other label. It prints one perfectly then pushes one label out.

OS = Windows XP

I have done the following:

1) Recalibrated media and media/ribbon
2) Ensured there is no label over run by setting the label size in the driver
3) Cleaned the media sensors
4) Moved the sensors and ensured the bottom one is below the top one
5) Changed computer snd loaded seagull drivers
6) Used different software to print the labels
7) GOT VERY FRUSTRATED
