I have a Zebra DA402 thermal printer that I can't get to work on my Windows 10 computer. The printer does not have a USB port, but serial and parallel ports. I have both a serial-to-USB and parallel-to-USB adapter cords but I have still unstressfully got my printer to work on the computer. I downloaded a DA402 driver and it's installed, HOWEVER, the printer is connected to "on Root Print Queue", not "USB printing support" like my Epson printer. Please help.
