aaahhh!!! This dell printer is driving me nuts!!!!! someone help!!

So i got a dell p1500, first thing i did was install the driver and after clicking on the Dell file, all these files came up, R58620, R64645, R66787, R73044, R79733 etc.. which one should i click on?

Theres all these folders, I have no clue. Ive been trying to install this for hours now and no luck. Every time I hit print, the system wont recognize it.

I try to add a printer and Dell is not even labeled as a manafacturer


Any advise from anyone about this?
