Ink pump replacement parts for sc t3170x

I received a refurbished printer after about 6 months or so of a new printer, only to have this printer not work either. It is likely the ink pump (and maintenance box issue because of this?) To get it looked at I have to crate it, ship it to another state, and pay out of pocket. Any idea where to find a part specific to this printer? 3170 comes up but the 3170x uses the eco tank so it is significantly different. Any recommendations are welcome!
