Cannot print

Dell Optiplex 7050: Windows 10 : Ricoh SP-213w: Smart Organising Monitor.

Hi,

This printer was working fine. It seems the present issue result from removing and loading the paper tray.
Please see photos.

Any advice on this, please?.
