Canon MF641CW prints with colored vertical lines

I just purchased this used he told me this was an issue. I believe they are aftermarket toner cartridges installed. I've tried the cleaning processes but that does nothing. I feel like something needs to be cleaned, but I'm hoping someone can give me advice first before I buy Canon toner just to see if that's the issue. It seems to be similar on every page, and very light but different colors.
